- Poetry can include sound patterns. They are rhyme and rhythm. Rhyming is repeating sounds
- There are four kinds of rhyme: Consonance, End rhyme, Alliterating and assonance.
- consonants rhyme is when a letter sound is repeated.
- end rhyme is a sound that is repeated at the end of each line.
- alliterating is a beginning of a repeated word.
- assonance is a vowel sounds that are repeated in each word
