For this week we did a challenge like if a tennis ball is better than handball

we had to comment on which ball review page we like so i pick tennis because it not that high to bounce and it easy catch.

Our first lesson for water safety was used to get into groups and show the instructions.
our swimming teacher was jame's.
we were doing streamline and Arm circle then in the deep side we learn if you to small you to bounce and breath under water.
and then we did endurance swimming and dolpin kicks.
